Fannie Vavoulis - Medical Recruiter |
| Fannie Vavoulis was born and raised in Chatham-Kent and returned to the community after completing her Bachelor of Arts, Political Science at The University of Western Ontario as well as a certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations with Fanshawe College. She brings a wealth of experience in marketing and sales, in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. For a number of years Fannie traveled extensively around North America with RM Auctions as the Sponsorship and Marketing Director. She worked for several years in sales and marketing with FedEx Canada where she had the opportunity to work in the Chatham-Kent territory. Fannie is very involved in her community and volunteers for many organizations. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Chatham. She believes Chatham-Kent is the perfect place to live, work and play. |

Michelle Martin - Administrative Assistant, Chief of Staff |
| Michelle was born and raised in Quebec. She moved to Ontario in 1976 and attended business college in Simcoe before working as a Secretary for Medical Laboratories. When she moved to Chatham she obtained a medical secretary certificate from St Clair College and worked as a secretary for the Ministry of Housing. Michelle found her true calling 23 years ago when she starting working for the medical staff at St. Joseph's Hospital and is a tremendous resource to the organization. Michelle considers Chatham-Kent to be home with her husband, and 3 children born and raised in Chatham. |

Kim Sutton - Administrative Assistant, Medical Affairs |
| After growing up in Chatham-Kent, Kim completed a bachelor of environmental studies at the University of Waterloo. She pursued an interest in web design by completing a Webmaster Content Site Design Certificate at Seneca College while working as a Multi-Media Information Technician. She returned to Chatham-Kent in 2002 to be near family and worked as a Designer and Programmer at a tool and die company where she provided some administrative support. She brought her broad skills to CKHA in 2008 and has been a great addition to the team. |

Dr. Gary Tithecott - Chief of Staff |
Dr. Gary Tithecott, Chief of Staff, grew up in Sarnia and completed medical school training at the University of Western Ontario. He worked after graduation as a Family Physician for 2 years in Sarnia. Following this, he returned to complete his Pediatrics residency at the IWK Hospital for Children at Dalhousie University adn the Hospital for Sick Children at the University of Toronto. In 1986, he and his family relocated to Chatham to establish a full time practice in consulting General Pediatrics.
Dr. Tithecott was the CKHA Chief of Pediatrics for 20 years, before being selected as Chief of Staff in 2007. He has served as a clinical teacher in Pediatrics at the University of Western Ontario since 1988. His passion for medicine is reflected in his commitment to life-long learning and his involvement in numerous committees and appointed task teams.
He and his wife Elizabeth live in Chatham and are proud of their children who are both attending the University of Western Ontario. |
