    In Chatham-Kent, we believe in tailoring to your needs! We take the time to speak with every physician we meet about what their needs are coming into our community. We then tailor a package that best reflects what you need. A vehicle? A fully-equipped office? Paying down school loans? A down payment on a home? We have found that every physician is in a difference financial place, so instead of offering one standard package, we prefer to give you help where you need it most!

    With that being said, there are some standard incentives available that you can always count on. These include administrative financial support for CME activities, relocation grants, and assistance with licensing and spousal employment issues. The community has come up with some very unique soft incentives as well to offer new physicians. In addition, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance offers a fee for service system and an alternate funding agreement in the Emergency departments.
